Right of withdrawal

Summary

EU consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases (art. L221-18 of the French consumer code).
Because Premium is digital content delivered immediately, ticking both boxes at checkout means you request immediate delivery and expressly waive that withdrawal right (art. L221-28 13°).
